We offer a 60 night return policy so you may return your products if you are unsatisfied. Our return policy only pertains to memory foam mattresses. Memory foam pads and pillows may not be returned. If your mattress pad or pillow has a problem such as a defect it can only be exchanged for the same item.
All of our memory foam mattresses are eligible for return , however , the customer is responsible for the cost of the mattress cover material. The cost of the cover is $25.00 - $ 35.00 depending on which size mattress you purchase. Our special European style pillow top cover costs $120.00 - $170.00 Depending on which size mattress you purchase. The cost of the cover will be subtracted from your refund. A canceled order will result in a cancellation fee of $75.00. There is no cancellation fee if we are notified within 24 hours of the order being placed
. Returning our products is the responsibility of the customer. When returning a product it must be in good and clean condition. A returned product must be properly packaged to ensure its safe arrival. Any product that is returned damaged and improperly packaged will not be accepted. All returns must be at our facility within 60 days of your purchase date. Returns past the 60 day period may be accepted at our discretion with a 10% penalty. There are no exceptions to our return period unless received in writing by a Memory Foam Outlet employee.
